The flag is maroon on which is centered the insignia of the branch of the Army Dental Corps in white, detailed gray with a black D, all between two white arced scrolls; the top scroll inscribed U.S. ARMY DENTAC and the bottom scroll inscribed with the designation of the organization with all letters maroon. The fringe is white.
